Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce

Our favorite recipe for preparing crab legs. A few seasonings are enough.

* Ingredients:

° 1 cup of butter
° 2 cups of chicken broth
° 2 c. lemon juice
° 1 c. honey
° 9 lbs of cooked snow crab legs and claws

* Preparation:

In a large pot, soften the shallot in 60 ml (1/4 cup) of the butter. Add up the broth/lemon juice / honey. adduce to a boil and cook about 3 min . Add the remaining 3/4 cup (180 ml) butter and simmer until melted.
Add the crab and simmer gently until heated through. Coat the crab well with the broth.
Serve in a large serving platter or directly in the saucepan in the center of the table. If desired, serve with side sauces such as melted herb butter, Espelette pepper and dill sour cream, or lime and arugula mayonnaise.
